Additional internal users are $4.99 per month or $49.90 per year. Additional-user billing is reviewed and accepted separately.
Participation as a donor, volunteer, attendee, or participant does not by itself make someone a billable internal user. Each person uses an individual account where sign-in is required.
Feature access follows your plan, released modules, and assigned permissions. Plan inclusion does not promise a release date for unreleased modules. Complete covers released standard modules designated for that plan.
Email, storage, SMS, AI, and other resources have separate availability and allowances; these prices do not promise unlimited usage.
Support and payment costs
Ticket support for Cause Current system defects is included at no additional charge. Priority follows severity and impact across all plans.
Phone support, scheduled meetings, training, consulting, and organization-specific setup are not included. Optional NNY Tech Corp services cost $150 per hour and require your authorization before work starts.
Cause Current takes no donor tips, percentage of fundraising, or hidden processing markup. Third-party payment-processing fees are separate from your software subscription.
